Medication can be requested in any of the following ways:

  • Email your request to nhsnwl.millbank@nhs.net
  • Submit a request directly through NHS App, Airmid App or SystmOnline.
  • Post a handwritten request in one of our two ‘prescription boxes’.

WE DO NOT TAKE MEDICATION REQUEST OVER THE PHONE OR VIA PATCHS.

REMEMBER – please include your full-name, date-of-birth, and (if you know it) your NHS Number.

Medication requests can take up to 48 hours to complete – so please make sure you request your medications in good time!
