Our  online consultation platform has now changed to PATCHS, and it replaces the previous eConsult system. You must be registered as a patient in order to use Patchs. 

How to use PATCHS…

  • Click the button above to be taken to the PATCHS homepage.
  • PATCHS requires users to make an account. This means that you only have to enter your details once and ensures we can verify who we are consulting with.
  • PATCHS will then prompt you to answer a series of ‘open’ questions, typically around five. However, in order for us to fully understand the reason for your consultation, we kindly ask that you provide a good level of detail.
  • Your consultation will then be sent to our clinicians, or the relevant team if you are making an administrative request, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • PATCHS also offers a translation service for our non-English speakers.
